Joseph Albano is an Army veteran, retired Financial sales & marketing professional, retired business owner, former Real Estate Broker and investor (in Florida). Joe is a graduate of West Point, where he was a three-year letterman in football and team MVP as selected by his peers in 1970. This successful father and grandfather was an amazing and modest guest, who reluctantly agreed to share his story and knowledge.

Listen as Joe expertly breaks down the conservative approach he used to buy, fix, and flip properties in the Sarasota, FL area following his retirement from Cantor-Fitzgerald (World Trade Center in NYC) eight months before the attacks of 9/11/2001, which had a profound personal impact on Joe.
